Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. We do offer freight allowances for freight pick-ups from our warehouse. Please contact us to discuss this further.
We do not accept any returns. For damages or defective goods, please contact email@example.com for further assistance. We ask that you please photograph the merchandise in question to be submitted as supporting documentation for the requested credit. Please note that requests for credit are reviewed on a monthly basis and will be applied to your account at that time.
